“There aren't enough positive adjectives to describe the class, instructor and experience. Kelly is a excellent teacher with lots of insight,and experience that she shares with the class. Her thorough knowlege of Paella allowed her to make the class more interesting by giving the background of paella mixta also with ingredients substituions that would work as alternatives if you couldn't find the original. I look forward to taking other classes with Kelly.”

“This class was awesome. I've never made fried chicken before and Kelly made it very easy, very accessible. I can do this! The vibe of the class was very friendly, fun and we enjoyed prosecco while we learned the basics of making some solid (and incredibly crunchy, perfect, tasty) fried chicken...which we got to eat at the end of the class! Kelly clearly knows her stuff and is very patient. I will definitely be taking more of her classes. ”

“I attended Kelly's paella mixta class with two friends and it was so much fun! She came prepared with a pamphlet with instructions and the recipe. watching her prepare and cook the paella really takes away the fear from trying it on my own. Super friendly and sweet! Highly recommend her classes :)”

But don't you think this gentleness impedes on her cooking. There she's tough as nails and she turns out some slamming chicken wings! The class is worth going to just for these.”

“What a fun and informative class, with an absolutely fantastic teacher. We definitely got our hands dirty (in a good way!), had a ton of laughs, and feasted on the crispiest, savoriest, fingerlickin'-est fried chicken ever to grace the five boroughs. Kelly was great at explaining things clearly and showing us how to work out the inevitable little kinks that pop up along the way. Plus, she sent us home with awesome written instructions, and a jar of her own house blend spice so I'm confident I can re-create the magic in my own kitchen. Fabulous!”

“Kelly's bubbly, enthusiastic personality made the class fun and informal. Not only do you get hands on in massaging the chicken in the brine, seasoning and coating it in the flour but you leave with a booklet with all the information you'll need to make some at home and even her special house seasoning! The finishing product was phenomenal and you will want to head straight to the supermarket to make a batch at home. Frying chicken while sipping on some Prosecco with an awesome teacher is the best way to spend your Saturday afternoon! ”

“Kelly is a great teacher and I had so much fun learning to make fried chicken while sipping on champagne. Kelly is extremely knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything we would ever need to know about making fried chicken. The class was very hands-on and Kelly does a great job with the pacing of the class. And to top it off, the fried chicken was delicious. Seriously the best fried chicken I've ever had. I can't wait to make a batch at home!”

“I had a great time in your class. Even though we had some temperature troubles, the seasoning on that chicken, especially the spicier one, was AMAZING. I love cooking, and I appreciate how passionate about it you were in that class. I brought in a crock pot today to the office and i'm making Buffalo Chicken Mac & Cheese. “This class was ridiculously fun - fried chicken and champagne on a Saturday - and Kelly was a fantastic teacher. She was perfectly prepared (we each had our own set of gloves and everyone had a chance to get their hands dirty) and we all had a great time snacking at the end.”

“Kelly is a fantastic and fun teacher who leads in an interactive and hands-on way. Her step-by-step lesson on Perfect Southern Fried Chicken took me from knowing nothing about fried chicken to a place where I am wholly confident that I can make really good fried chicken all by myself! Her class was demonstrational and delicious, as we sipped champagne as we learned, and even got to taste the finished product. The icing on the cake was being able to share the meal we helped to make with fellow classmates, and take home a sample of house seasoning and a gorgeous instruction booklet filled with everything we learned during class. I am looking forward to taking more classes with Kelly!”
