Jenn Lim is the CEO and Chief Happiness Officer of Delivering Happiness, a company she and Tony Hsieh (CEO of Zappos.com) co-founded to inspire people to focus on happiness, passion and purpose at work and in life.

Jenn has been a consultant at Zappos for nine years and in 2005, she created the first Culture Book for Zappos and has produced them ever since. In 2009, Zappos was sold to
Amazon.com in a deal valued at $1.2 billion on the day of closing, and in 2011, Zappos was
#6 on Fortune’s “100 Best Companies to Work For” list. The Culture Book has since become
a global symbol of how companies can successfully use happiness as a business model,
while increasing productivity and profitability at the same time.

In 2010, Jenn led the launch and management of Tony’s first book (Delivering Happiness)
which has sold over 400,000 copies worldwide and hit #1 on bestsellers lists like the
New York Times and USA Today. It was voted one of the best business books by NPR, Inc.
Magazine and the Wall Street Journal, remained on the New York Times list for 27 weeks and
is now being translated into its 19th language.

Delivering Happiness has since evolved from a book to a company and global movement
represented in 105 countries. People around the world are learning how to apply happiness
in practical ways toward this fundamental belief – if we create happier companies,
communities and cities, together we’ll make this a happier world.
