Turn your product idea into manufactured good

ASSIGNMENT

Your class project is to create an overview of the key issues you'll need to address when producing your product. It is meant to serve as an Action Plan to help you move through each phase of manufacturing. To carry out your project, first review the Sample Project in the Project Gallery. Then, copy, paste, and complete the information in the Project Template. In the gallery, be sure to add a fun title (like "Jim's Jammin' Gluten-Free Cookies" or "Stylish protective cases for iPhone, Tablets, and other devices") and image (ex: product, sketches, your site, or inspiration) to give your project life.

DELIVERABLE

Share your Action Plan in the project gallery. Use Project Template, or create your own. A complete project should include:

Product name
Product description
Image
Action steps for each phase: design, sourcing, production, quality control, freight
