Overview

For this project I want to explore the theme of loneliness. I'm particularly interested in the individual and his/her interaction with a space, man-made or natural, and how this space can seem to offer comfort or threaten, and in so-doing how it can inform the individual's mood.

Areas of particular interest

-The City at night
-Articifical light and its impact on a space
-Inhabiting impersonal spaces
-Early hours trading/activity hubs: the mini-cab office; all-night diner; the hospital or police station.
