“Really enjoyed this class -- J.P. was a very organized and professional teacher. He worked with the wide variety of cameras that we brought with us (students had everything from digital SLRs to a film camera and my point-and-shoot), and offered helpful tips for working with what we had. I would recommend this class to anyone with little formal knowledge about photography who wants to understand the elements that go into creating great pictures.”

“JP seems to know his stuff and made himself available to help everyone individually as needed during the class. It was also helpful just to have someone who knew his way around the park's optimal spots. This class is for beginners. I've been shooting for a while and was hoping to learn more advanced techniques. The class was set up as an intro to shutter/aperture: a few initial instructions from JP and then little structure after that/mostly just time to experiment (JP was available to answer all questions during this time). Those who were new to photography and manual settings seems psyched to learn how to execute night shots, but if you already have a grasp of shutter and aperture then this is likely not the class for you.”
