“I'm new to the cold call. I know how I think and react when I receive a cold call, so actually making the calls didn't seem very appealing! Georges taught us how to approach them in a different way, which is what I was looking for. One thing that seemed obvious once he talked about it was that you should know what your goal for the first call is. It doesn't have to be the ultimate goal of making a sale (in my case) - it can be a meeting, a follow-up call, an email...or even just gathering information from a potential client about their needs. The decision to work together doesn't have to be completely up to the person on the other end - you have a say too! I left with a few key ideas that made the idea of cold calling seem less intimidating and, believe it or not, more fun! I was happy to have attended the class and look forward to putting some of George's ideas into action.”
