“This class was a great overview of the steps involved in doing user research for startups. Diane dealt with both nuts-and-bolts kind of stuff as well as bigger picture questions like how to figure out exactly what to test. She clearly knows her stuff and since she's excited about what she's teaching, it's more fun. The only drawback is that there was so much to cover...it could have easily been a 3-night class instead of 2. Overall highly recommended! ”
