“More than ever, the "organization is the product" meaning if a company knows how to bring its team together, great products will follow, and competitive advantages will be realized. (Competitive advantages defined as things other companies can't quickly copy or copy in any meaningful way.) David's vantage point here is solid and "cutting edge" as he's worked for a a set of successful startups that seem to understand this.
