“Southern vegetarian? Yes, it can be done! I'm very pleased that I learned the right technique for cooking okra and collard greens. All of the items were delicious, and Daphne didn't even use up a whole stick of butter. The recipes were creative but simple, and she taught us some very useful tricks.
