“This class was our second Cathy class and we loved it. She makes food simple. (And delicious). Seafood is often so daunting, but this made it incredibly approachable. We were lucky to have a practically semi-private class. Take this class for sure!”

“This class was fantastic. It was an intimate experience where we learned to make wonderfully diverse dishes with a few simple ingredients. Cathy Erway is an unassuming genius. Her presentation style was very low-key and relaxed. She dropped food on the floor here and there and said silly things--kind of like Julia Child-- and that makes her great. The venue (an apartment) and her style made it more realistic and helped you visualize how this would all work out in your own kitchen. We all asked questions as she went, and came out with wonderful food and a bunch of new cooking techniques.”
