It’s the New Year! You probably want a better level of health and fitness, not to mention look a little better naked. But there's so much conflicting information out there that you might not know where to start.

What's the best way to lose weight? How do I build muscle? How do I lose that belly flab?Are carbs evil? Do I need to go on some crazy diet and exercise 3 hours a day? Ahhhhh!

In this class, we'll answer all those questions and more. We will focus on fundamental, research-backed principles that you can apply immediately to start taking better control of your body.

This class is perfect for anyone who wants to feel better, look better, and get more out of their daily lives. After this class, you’ll see yourself and the world with a new set of eyes. You’ll have an understanding of nutrition and exercise that will make sure you always know what to do to reach your goals. Bonus: we’ll also show you how to stick to the right behaviors in the long term.

No prior knowledge is required. All we ask is an open mind and a desire to make some positive changes :)

This class will be taught by myself and my Fitocracy co-founder Richard Talens. Fitocracy is a social network that empowers and motivates anyone to reach their fitness goals.
