Our Mastering Drupal course introduces you to the core concepts behind building websites in Drupal.  This course will take you through a series of practical exercises to build a functional Drupal site and prepare you to initiate your own dynamic websites using Drupal.  

This course will cover:

  • Adding and Editing site content
  • Creating new content types and fields
  • User management
  • Controlling the look of your site with Themes
  • Installing extra modules to add functionality to your site
  • Keeping your site up-to-date
  • Using the Drupal community to learn even more

How does the course work?

Once a week, there will be a two-hour live online class where you will learn Drupal and be able to ask questions. This is followed by an optional one-hour learning lab, where you can view demonstrations and ask additional questions.
You will receive a hosting account and learn to install Drupal as part of the course.
Every week you can apply what you have learned to your own site. (Your site can be for your business, organization, hobby or anything you choose.)
Every week you will receive supporting materials and an assignment to help you learn. There will also be additional videos showing you how to complete the assignment.
