Marc Scoleri

CEO, Co-Founder: Creative Village, LLC

Marc has over 15 years experience in creative recruiting, career development and talent management industries. Marc recruited, staffed and managed talent for Aerotek and served as Regional Director for Vitamin T, a division of Aquent's creative staffing business. He spent three years as a Career Advisor for design and media arts majors at The Art Institute of Philadelphia and six years as an Executive Committee Member and Director of Career Services for The Art Institute of New York City.

Marc now leads partnership development as CEO, Co-Founder of CreativeInterns.com and Creative Village. He hosts webinars, workshops and events that bring value to students, entrepreneurs, job seekers and employers. Marc's been quoted as an employment industry expert by MediaBistro, Animation World Network, Student Advisor and several other publications.

A little backstory on why Marc does what he does...

Marc realized the need for a creative industry internship and entry-level career resource when he was a Career Advisor at The Art Institute of Philadelphia. During this time Marc was assisting graphic design and animation students in finding internships, freelance projects and entry-level employment. After successfully assisting hundreds of students in finding entry-level employment, students from other colleges began asking their friends if they could contact Marc for assistance. Therefore, Marc advised several students from other colleges and realized there was a shortage of resources at the college level to assist students in connecting with internships and entry-level opportunities. This specific experience led Marc to his current role as CEO/Co-Founder of CreativeInterns.com and as a teacher in the Skillshare community.
