Even repeat entrepreneurs go through this only a handful of times in their careers, while VC's encounter these situations day in day out. This class is best suited for seed stage entrepreneurs who are considering approaching VC's for their next round of financing. Although the information is broadly applicable, it's probably best suited for entrepreneurs in the tech/software space vs. life sciences. It's also best suited for companies that have already raised their seed rounds, since that will allow me to be un-conflicted in any advice I may share.
