This class will be a mixture of lecture, Q&A, and open discussion to go over the broad spectrum of running product teams. The goal of tihs session will be to go over the surface level responsibilities and have an open conversation around any specific topics you'd like to dig deeper into.

If time permits, we'll go over a hands-on example at the end of the class for you to learn by doing. I'm a huge believer in project-based learning, so expect lots of converstions to pop up in the Classroom both before and after class.
