This class is geared towards anyone interested in understanding how a brand or organization can build a dedicated, loyal following. Startup founders, business owners, brand managers or strategists all welcome.
We’ll cover the psychology and strategy behind turning consumers into believers. You’ll leave this class with an immediately-actionable customer loyalty plan of your own.
We’ll dissect some brands whose customers behave more like cult than consumer. As we examine why, you’ll borrow pages from these brands’ loyalty playbooks to craft the compelling narrative you want your customers to think of when they think of you.
I’ll guide you through different customer engagement programs and techniques so you leave this class a brand-building expert. You’ll identify who should make up your fan base, figure out an actionable plan to connect with them and architect the loyalty strategy that turns them into lifelong fans.
At the end of class I’ll choose one engagement strategy to shout out, and follow up with personal consultation.
