Francois Guilleux has been facilitating experiential leadership development opportunities for 20 years. After working with adolescents in wilderness programs, Francois moved to New England where he contributed to the development of a risk prevention collaboration between Boston Public Schools, Harvard Graduate School of Education, and Mass. General Hospital. Since returning to Pittsburgh in 2000, he has been involved in several change management efforts in the non-profit sector. Francois co-founded a graduate program for experiential educators at Westminster College. He has taught leadership and organizational change courses at Harvard University, Teachers College Columbia University, and the University of Pittsburgh.
