I'm 27 years old, have run 2 full marathons, 2 half marathons, and many small races in between. I'm actually a soccer player turned runner, and used to hate running track in high school, even though I was a top runner in New England at age 16. This makes me extremely qualified to teach beginner runners, because I understand what it's like to NOT want to run! I was able to get through the basic hurdles of starting to run, and want to share them with others. Running is a great sport, and I want to help others understand how incorporating it into their lifestyle can be extremely beneficial. I'm also certified in CPR and First Aid, am a licensed running tour guide and have a Bachelors Degree and a Masters in Business Administration.
