Jason Ighani, M.A., has worked internationally in the fields of education and development for over a decade and has a New York-based practice in organizational consulting and coaching. At the moment, Jason's interest in coaching as a systemic approach to organizational change has him experimenting with and developing coaching interventions that can elicit the resourcefulness, creativity, and resilience in groups and teams. He is currently working with UNICEF to develop and implement an internal coaching strategy to enhance performance management and staff development. He's also an avid jiu-jitsu practitioner, a compulsive doodler, and is always on the lookout for the perfectly grilled octopus.
