This is intended to be an interactive class for people who typically are not familiar with herbal remdies (or rarely use them) and have tried lots of OTC or Pharmaceutical weight loss products to no avail. We will be walking around the Supermarket where I will be explaining what products you can use, how to prepare them and how often you should consume them. I will explain what effects to expect and when. Most of the products will consist of teas, herbs and cereals that you can make almost instantly. All you will need is hot water (preferably boiled not nuked in the microwave) a cup and/or bowl at times.
