How to make marketing dollars work harder and increase budgets while providing measurements and ROI through looking at specific case studies
The power of bloggers and best practices to engage them
Students will leave the class learning real world case studies, and how to create their own campaigns for clients, brands, and products.

Introduction to word of mouth marketing along with how campaigns are created, using key practices and theories to drive buzz for brands. Students will learn how to create campaigns, what makes up pure word of mouth programming, from social media to PR to best practices in any area that drives conversations.

Growing up in a family where my dad was a copywriter, I always appreciated how brands communicated, especially since those commercials put food on my table. Today, there are multiple channels for brands to communicate on, and my classes, both at NYU and Skillshare, tell the story about how brands tel their stories. My classes are fun, interactive, are full of high profile case studies featuring fashion, sports, celebrities, and case studies on how brands have created buzz and eventually, become "cool." After teaching for 6 years at NYU, i realized my passion and where i can the most excitement is in teaching, and my students at NYU enjoyed my classes so much, i was asked to teach a second course on How to Use New Media. i cant wait to start teaching with the skillshare family and meet so many new students!
