Vineet Agrwal

Meditate with me

Vineet took to meditation when he was 18. Over the last 13 years, he has practiced meditation with the Art of Living Foundation and now teaches evening meditation classes at their New York center. Vineet has taught meditation to students at Columbia University, to his colleagues at American Express and is passionate about sharing the benefits of meditation with his fellow New Yorkers.

Other than meditation, Vineet is passionate about data and serves as a Director at American Express where he uses his love for data to prevent losses.
