What is EFT?
E.F.T. stands for Emotional Freedom Technique. It is a potent and simple self-healing tool. EFT combines varies effective therapies such as Neuro- Linguistic programming, mindfulness-based therapeutic techniques, Thought Field Therapy and the most powerful universal healing aides of acknowledgement, love, and compassion. This modality rolls them into one while applying a percussive tapping on the meridians (the same system used in acupuncture) to release excess emotional charge from the bodies energetic wiring that has jammed the body's natural ability to rapidly heal and balance itself. EFT enables quantum healing as you began to unlock old patterns stored in your bodies energy meridians and release life long issues and thought patterns.
The Emotional Freedom Techniques method is clinically effective (with 30 years of case studies) in treating trauma, abuse, panic, anxiety, fears, phobias, mild depression, addictions, child related issues, and physical symptoms coming from emotional sources like some physical pain, allergies, headaches, breathing difficulties, and more. In this group setting participants are able to give voice to specific, individual issues that they are facing. It is quickly evident to the group that at the core of our issues we have all dealt with, or are currently addressing, something similar and we heal it TOGETHER. In a world so wrought with comparisons, ego identiy as an individual, and competition; large groups sessions that encourage people to speak up about their fears, desires, pains, and commitments, and then be heard and heal together are crucial because they cause us to unify and support each other in our growth and evolution.
Each evening starts off with a powerful water blessing and restructuring meditation. Please feel free to bring your own water to take home with you at the end of the evening. Water to drink throughout the evening will be provided.
