This is a course for those who want to:

  • develop skills to instantly develop a meaningful relationship

How you ever felt like you have the 'weight of the world' on your shoulders?

Are you ever anxious about an upcoming job interview, date or business meeting?

Do you wake up with the same pain, in the same place, everyday?

Have you ever walked away from an interaction or conversation uncertain if you presented the best version of you?

Have you ever wished you could relax immediately, especially when it seems like everything around you is overwhelming or chaotic?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, then this class is for you! You will find simple, effective, research based solutions for all of the issues discussed...and them some! Students should come to class dressed in comfortable clothes - we will be moving around. You will be taught how your physical posture affects your emotional state and  ways to improve your physiology.

    This class will be a mixture of workshop, lecture, and Q&A. The goal of this session is to review how posture affects our emotional state, how we see others and how others see us. Then, we will learn ways to correct disempowering posture and physiology and create an action plan to incorporate The Body Language of a Winner into our day to day lives! We will become masters in using the 'Power of Posture'!

    Expect tons of conversation and interaction during this course.

    We will cover the following material:

    • Learn to improve your body language, posture and positive self talk - increasing your overall confidence
    • Learn exercises and stretches that are scientifically proven to alleviate chronic pain throughout your body (can be done by men and women of all ages!)
    • Decrease stress and anxiety by taking control of your body language, facial expressions and  emotions regardless of circumstance and scenario
    • Learn introductory techniques of meditation - that will assist you in creating a mind state of relaxation, pleasure and satisfaction, as well as enhance concentration, creativity and problem solving abilities

    Please wear comfortable clothes, there will be times where you are active and moving!

Jeff has been an educator, life coach, and wellness coach his entire life - but after creating My Everyday Power, he now does it professionally. His classes, coaching and workshops are filled with expertise and skills that can be implemented immediately!

 

During his free time, Jeff enjoys reading, bike riding, martial arts, celebrating life with his family and friends and even swimming with sharks!
