how to butcher a pig

Learn how to take 1 pig and make into meals for days. 2 people per pig. Students will be provided with suckling pigs and Chef Ari Stern (CULTUREfix owner) will walk us through the processes of pig butchering and various styles and techniques of preparation. The course will cover anatomy, butchering and preparation techniques. Each guest is required to bring one kitchen knife.
