Spring will be sprung!
In celebration of the first day of Spring, come learn about and taste a bunch of sparkling wines (including Champagne, of course) from around the world!
This class will give everyone from the beginning wine drinker to the experienced oenophile exposure to multiple sparkling wines and the varied methods of production along with some easy food pairing guidelines.
We will cover topics such as:
-Going to or hosting a party? What type of bubbles should you bring/have?
-How to identify several styles of sparkling wine and what you like (or don't) about them.
-Tips to pair your sparkling wine and food
You'll be able to ask anything about bubbles (and wine in general) and get helpful tips to pick the perfect bubbles to go with any situation.
We will have at least four great value delicious sparkling wines from around the world... and maybe a surprise or two!
All wines/beverages selected will be naturally gluten free as well! Both regular and gluten-free crackers will be provided.
With these nuggets of knowledge, you'll be in the coolest wine-nerd in the room!
