This class is run by both my husband and me. My husband has always been a foodie. In the last 10 years his interest in food has taken a wonderful turn from just enjoying good food to cooking and creating it. At home he is the chef and I am the sous chef :-) Not only do we enjoy making Indian food but all sorts of food. Vikram has started a blog (www.perfect-pairing.com) where he writes about the different foods recently made and what inspired them (friends, travels, restaurants, etc.). Having recently moved to Brooklyn, I want to start doing something that I enjoy and love. I have a feeling these cooking classes might just be the thing for me :-) We will be adding more classes soon. Cooking Indian Food and Cooking Indo-Chinese are a couple of classes that we are thinking of hosting soon. Stay tuned!
