Targeted at solo freelancers and small teams, this class is designed to explore the approach and behaviors that can lead to a successful client services business.
Client services, whether you're a designer, coder, strategist, or some other sort of expert, is hardly ever a walk in the park. It takes patience, preparation, and a host of other qualities to attract and retain good clients who are willing to pay you for your work.
