How to Validate Any Idea Without Code

, CEO/Founder, Lean Startup Machine

Before you invest time and money in building a product, you should measure the market demand and look for other strategies that might lead to bigger opportunities. In this class, we will teach you how to use Customer Development to learn from your customers, both on and offline.

Customer Development prevents you from going down the path towards a product that nobody will buy or use. The first step in Customer Development is Exploration, which is focused on finding a problem worth solving.

How does one conduct proper customer interviews? How does one get actionable insights out of them?

You will leave this class with actionable data on what your customers need and start gaining real traction without writing a single line of code.

Human beings lack the capacity to accurately predict their own behavior in hypothetical situations. In other words, if you ask a simple question, you will likely get a misleading answer.

In this hands-on workshop, we'll examine and practice the proper habits for doing customer interviews. We'll reference case studies on how teams from Lean Startup Machine have successfully applied these principles in the real world. You'll leave with the confidence and objectives to get out of the building and start learning from your customers immediately after class.
