What's your story?

I started learning about productivity after returning from 2 years in the Peace Corps. Diving headfirst into a demanding environment working among startups in San Francisco, I tried everything I could - from ergonomics and sprints to self-tracking and time management - to manage my work and get more done with less effort.

After more than a year of experimentation, I managed to increase my productivity by 341% in 8 months. Click here to see a presentation I gave at the Quantified Self Silicon Valley meetup on how I tracked this.

But just as importantly, I found an approach to the projects and goals in my life that keeps me balanced and organized, not as a utopian, magazine-style ideal, but as a practical starting point for actually getting more stuff done.

In this class I've condensed hundreds of hours of researching, experimenting, teaching, and coaching into 90 minutes of video lessons and 1 hands-on project.

In order to create your workflow, in this course we will:

  • Centralize your to dos, projects, and commitments in one place
  • Minimize clutter in your digital and physical environment to promote focus
  • Organize and align your tasks, projects, responsibilities, and goals in a simple, yet comprehensive system
