Class includes the how to’s and techniques of Middle Eastern cooking, the ins and outs on locating and buying special Middle Eastern ingredients that can transform your cooking as well as a discussion on the healthy nutritional information. All classes conclude with a three course meal of an appetizer, entrée and dessert that you will have learned to cook as well as a pamphlet to guide you at home! With her Middle Eastern roots, Jackie wants to bring the authentic, healthy and delicious recipes of the Middle East in an easy to do fashion. Jackie has garnered an in depth culinary experience from working in her mom’s catering company and studying for her Bachelors in Food and Nutrition to be a Registered Dietitian. It was in her nutrition studies where Jackie learned and began to really appreciate her family recipes and Middle Eastern cuisine as some of the finest and healthiest recipes in the world. She now utilizes her degree in nutrition, cultural knowledge and culinary experience to bring the flavorful, healthy and even exotic Middle Eastern recipes to you. Her class features yummy and unique recipes that have the added pinch of nutrition that we are all looking for along with a strong focus on eating and cooking with fresh and all natural ingredients.
