  • Navigate bar menus - what is actually in the drinks you order and some of the best/worst drinks out there.
  • Select wisely at the beer aisle.
  • What to eat and drink before and after your night out.
  • How to make your own healthier cocktails and mixed drinks - recipes included.

Come prepared to practice some mixology because we will be making (and drinking) a fresh and creative cocktail.
