Learn how to make popular persian dishes taken from my family's recipe.  I can only have 3 people per class so it will be a good, fun, and interactive cooking class! Afterwards we will sit down at the dinner table and eat your creations.

1. Persian Lamb Stew with Pomegranate and Walnut -

This stew is called Khoresht Fesenjan, a perfect combination of herbs and spices simmering in a luscious pomegranate sauce along with browned lamb cubes. There's something magical about the combination of the ingredients that will enhance the flavor of this dish.

Ever wonder why Persian Chicken Kabob is deliciously flavorful? Or where it gets its golden color?

3. Salad Shirazi and Persian Rice -

This is a delicious and healthy salad that is also easy to make. We will learn how to make a quick and simple persian rice to go with the rest of the dishes.
