This class is designed for the beginner cheese enthusiast that wants to become more proficient in buying, sampling and presenting artisanal cheeses. We will cover regions, milk types, storage, selection, handling, and presenting.

NOTE: This class will initially be offered in the Boston area but can be made available in other areas of the country if there is sufficient interest.

I'm a cheese snob. There, I said it.

Over the past 5 years, I've been on a quest to learn everything I can about artisanal cheese - it's origins, how it's made, and most importantly - how to enjoy eating it.

During this time, I've sampled hundreds of cheeses, hosted many private cheese and wine pairing events, and have read every book and website that I could find on the subject. It is my hope that I can share what I've learned and hopefully create a new group of caseophiles (cheese lovers). At the very least, you'll sound smarter at the next party you attend....
