Learn how to personalize and transform everyday glassware with simple glass etching techniques.

Then, learn how to make a delicious green smoothie and find out how this green drink can support and improve your health.

Etch Your Glass

In this class, craft expert Kristin St. Clair of Lemmemakeit will give an intro and overview of multiple glass etching techniques. Then, you will etch your own set of 4 juice glasses in 4 unique and distinctive patterns using Martha Stewart Crafts materials and various mediums.

Fill Your Glass

Once you complete your custom glassware set, Holistic Health Coach, Amanda Carney, will discuss the amazing health benefits of green smoothies and will share some simple tips to more easily incorporate them into your diet.

Materials provided include:

• Set of 4 juice glasses per student to take home

• Martha Stewart Crafts Etch Cream kit to use and take home (includes etching cream, stencils and paint brush- a $20 value!)

• Use of stencils & stencil materials

• Demo and sampling of a green smoothie

 *Due to the hands on nature of this 2 hour workshop, we can only accept 18 students.

   Kristin St. Clair of Lemmemakeit

    Kristin is a multidisciplinary artist with a background working in—and creating unique content for—broadcast television, print, web and mobile. Her knowledge and expertise of various mediums give her a unique perspective in approaching art direction, styling and creative consulting. After receiving a B.F.A. in Graphic Design from the School of Visual Arts, she was picked up by a Martha Stewart team eager to employ her talents in creating visually stunning handmade three-dimensional art. This translated into seven seasons with the Martha Stewart Show where she worked closely with Martha Stewart and the Supervising and Senior Producers. There, she developed hundreds of craft projects, appeared as a recurring on-air guest, and won an Emmy Award for her work with the Art Department.

In December 2012, Kristin released an ebook/app, Make Your Wedding: Inspiration, Planning, and DIY Projects, through Open Air Publishing. The book, which features 30 original DIY crafts and 20 HD video tutorials by Kristin is available through iTunes.

Amanda Carney of My Edible Sunshine

    Amanda Carney is a Certified Holistic Health and Nutrition Coach and received her training from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition based out of New York City.  She is certified by The American Association of Drugless Practitioners (AADP) and runs her own health coaching practice out of her home in Briarcliff, NY.  Over the past 2 years, Amanda has worked with women in workshops, cooking classes and through one on one coaching to help support and inspire them to create the vibrant health and satisfying life that they envision for themselves.  Her holistic approach to health and wellness takes into consideration all areas of life and how they are deeply connected.  She believes the most sustainable and affective way to create a healthy life is by finding balance in all areas that feed us on a deeper level.  Amanda has successfully helped women lose weight, deconstruct cravings, reach ideal energy levels, implement healthly eating and lifestyle habits, break through emotional eating patterns, and begin incorporating healthy foods that are simple and nourishing.
