Storytelling is a central function of the sharing economy. Stories are how we pass ideas and information on to one another, how we capture experiences, develop reputation and market ourselves.

In Storytelling in the Peer-to-Peer Space, you will learn how narrative can be used as a tool to build your community and drive your business. While we will primarily focus on the fundamentals of creating narrative around your product, brand, and team, we will also discuss the importance of turning your customers into your story’s protagonists, heroes, and heroines.

In this class you will: 

✔Gain understanding of how to create narrative-driven products and online and offline communities
✔ Learn to use storytelling to market your brand an generate great press
✔ Learn how to play to your audience and connect with those on your team, customers and the public through storytelling
