Market Planning for Entrepreneurs

The course will guide the attendees through a series of exercises required to build an optimum Marketing plan for a start-up or enterprise of choice. The ten workshops sessions of 2hr each will comprise of a case study and real-life examples and discussion on experiences of the attendees. In the first workshop the attendees are expected to grasp and understand the first case study, as the same will cascade over the subsequent sessions. At the end of the course the attendees would have individually developed a complete marketing plan based on the case study. The tenth and final workhop will be a platform for sharing individually developed marketing plans and presenting the unique perspectives. This would help the attendees appreciate competitive differentiation in the market (for the case in question) and identify their marketing management style.

Prerequisites
Understanding of the objectives of Marketing in an organization. Difference between Sales & Marketing and their underlying objectives. Access to Skype, PC with Microphone, and broadband/3G internet connectivity.
