In this class, I'll take you through the four pillars around people, culture, process, and accountability. I will show you everything that we do in-house here at Skillshare. We'll go over everything from setting your values to recruiting to keeping your team accountable to each other. I've interviewed folks that work at Foursquare, Twitter, Google and Facebook and have implemented some of the best practices here at Skillshare.
You'll learn how to create an internal culture that scales along with your company size. Everyone on your team will be rowing in the same direction after this class!

Note: This class is geared towards "doers" and ideal for entrepreneurs and teams that believe that speed and innovation are key competitive advantages. Even if you haven't started your own company, a lot of mistakes (like bad incentives) can be prevented from the beginning. I will also be teaching a course in May '12 for those of you that want to dive deeper into the topic.
