The aim of this 1 hour vinyasa style flow class is to get you “out of your head” by connecting your body with your breath. The purpose of flow (one breath to one movement) is to empty your mind by syncing your body, breath, and (yes you’ve got it) rhythm, all brought together by an amazing music playlist. And of course, you will be rewarded for all your hard work. Yoga is always best when paired with a Vosges chocolate tasting (the second part of class).

Brittany has taken yoga since 2006; she teaches a Baptiste-inspired-power-vinyasa-flow style of yoga.
