It’s not an oxymoron.

The ability to execute against a vision and deliver a product in-scope and on-budget is an integral skill for any team member - no matter how lean the startup, no matter how agile the team.

In this class, we’ll walk through the most important concepts to help you take your big idea from concept to delivery.

You might be:

a founder or team leader trying to manage multiple initiatives with competing agendas
trying to break into a project management career and need a primer
transitioning from a more structured, corporate environment to the wild and wonderful world of startups

You’ll learn:

how to capture and sort all the to-dos associated with your project
how to prioritize tasks and recognize dependencies
how to break large projects into smaller phases
how to tell ahead of time if your project is in trouble (and what you can do to get it back on track!)

I’ll also share some of my favorite tools (handy and mostly free!) for managing tasks, timelines and project communications.
