What You’ll Learn
You will learn how to make your own pizza from scratch, the way professionals in the restaurant industry make it! Starting with making your own dough, properly heating an oven, picking the ingredients and making the actual pizza in the oven. Everything will be provided for students. After making the pizza, the class will sit down for lunch, a glass of wine and a collegial debrief of the pizza making process!
About Your Teacher
Payam is the owner of Pizza No. 17 in Washington DC. He is passionate about his pizza and ready to share his knowledge with you during this course. Payam also founded and ran Ini Ani, a high-end cafe in the Lower East Side neighborhood of New York.
