Whether you're just beginning or already advanced, this 2 hour workshop is an opportunity to think about construction and materials in new ways. Using wallet-making as a working example, the class will explore the designs, materials, and construction techniques of small product production.
By the end of the class you will walk away with a wonderful wallet; a reusable pattern; and the skills to make other patterns.

Julie Crossman is a performer and arts-teacher based in San Francisco, CA.
She has many different interests which also include production, costume design, and photography. Currently, she can be found hosting Oakland Nights...Live! and running a vintage magazine subscription. Julie also leads annual workshops at the San Francisco Zine Fest, the Bay Area Maker Faire, and the East Bay Mini-Maker Faire.
