This class is for anyone interested in creating and sustaining a positive company culture. You don’t need to be the boss or head of HR - as long as you’re looking to make a positive change in your work environment, this class is for you.

I’ve been a consultant at Zappos for nine years - creating their first Culture Book and producing them since. In 2012, Tony Hsieh and I took the magic on the road - launching Tony’s first book, Delivering Happiness which has now sold over 400,000 copies and hit #1 on bestseller lists like the The New York Times and USA Today. It was voted one of the best business books by NPR, Inc. Magazine and the Wall Street Journal, remained on the New York Times list for 27 weeks and is now being translated into its 19th language.

Delivering Happiness has since evolved from a book to a company and a global movement represented in 105 countries. As CEO and Chief Happiness Officer, I help people focus on happiness, passion and purpose at work and in life.

You’ll learn how to apply Delivering Happiness principles to create a happier company - something that’s proven to boost profits and productivity, increase employee retention and strengthen your brand. You’ll leave with a defined set of core values for your company (one you own or work at) to get you started.

This class is all about learning by doing. We’ll start by understanding the Delivering Happiness framework and roadmap. You’ll identify your own personal values and use a framework to translate your personal values into company values. Finally, you’ll create a plan for bringing those values to life within your organization.
