Here at Le Pain Quotidien we love grains and we have found someone else who does just as much as we do – Tuthilltown Spirits!  Situated in upstate New York, Tuthilltown produces a wide variety of spirits from bourbons to vodka, rum to cassis, all handmade with local grains.  We will spend an evening in the park with Gabel Erenzo, Tuthilltown’s Owner & Ambassador, and Anna Boisture, Bleecker Street’s Head Baker, exploring the range of artisanal products, flavors and textures grains can produce.

Students will learn the diverse applications and flavors of grains in bread and spirits and learn how to identify and play upon flavor profiles to create and enjoy uniquely satisfying pairings.  A class not to miss for bourbon and bread enthusiasts!
