As a Marin County native I know all the back roads, cafes and shops that make this Northern California area so amazing. We'll be meeting in Crissy Field before biking across the Golden Gate Bridge. Once we are safely across the bridge I will give a short background on the Marin Headlands ( I used to work for the Park Service). As we cruise through Sausalito we will make a short stop to look at the houseboats and learn a little more history about the town. Traveling onward we will visit Larkspur, Kentfield and Ross which will culminate in a lunch at Comforts in San Anselmo (they have food for vegetarians and meat-eaters alike). Returning back we will take the Golden Gate Ferry from Larkspur Landing, which will take us back to the main Ferry Building in San Francisco.

Materials: Road bike in working condition, spare inner-tube to fix any flats, water bottle, backpack, Money/Spending cash about $15 for food and ferry (which is $ 8.75 one-way).

Please allow 2-3 hours based on rider capabilities. No tandems or children under 13 please.
