No time to make a complicated food or to shop extravagant ingredients?  In this class, you will learn how easy to create quick, simple, healthy and delicious Japanese food!  
Just the way we make it at home in Japan.  Certain key techniques will be demonstrated.

The most important thing in my class is that you are having fun while you learn.The class is two hours long. After cooking is done, you will enjoy the dishes you cooked.

In this class, you will learn:
Vegetarian creamy shiitake mushroom soup
Salmon Teriyaki
Seasonal vegetables pickeled salad
Eggplant and tofu with miso paste
Cucumber in umeboshi plum pickle and sesame oil
