Are you slouching while reading this?

The Posture-tune up station is a workshop that will optimize the way you sit, stand, and walk.

You learn the foundation of the Alexander technique, a systematic method used by actors, musicians and orators to move with poise & swagger.

Here's how:

You will join a group of 15 people. While learning about the technique, a certified posture professional will observe your movement patterns as you sit, stand, and walk. You will get specific feedback (chin higher, lower) while learning how to have good posture without looking stiff. Result = look confident, graceful and commanding.

You leave with:

- an instinctual feeling for which muscles you are tensing unnecessarily

- an understanding of what to focus on to optomize your posture

Course size is limited to 15 people. Small group format is set up to learn from one another.

2 tickets are reserved for skillshare.
