Have you wanted to learn Photoshop but were too intimated to dive in? Here's your chance to get your feet wet in a fun, informative class that will teach you the basics. Whether your goal is to learn how to improve your digital pictures or create and modify your works of art, you will leave with a grasp of the conecpts and key tools to get you on your way to being a Photoshop user including:
This will be an informal course and you won't need a laptop or software to participate. A step by step handbook will provided to all students to use in class and take home.
This class is intended for those students with no previous experience using Photoshop.
Lawrence Boucher is a self-taught Photohop enthusiast who uses the software both at work and in his spare time to express his artistic skills in, at times, humorous fashion. An amateur photographer as well, he strongly believes in the use of technology to help teach others new skills in the new digital world.
Lawrence is currently the Site Facilities Supervisor for LinkedIn's New York City office where he handles multiple roles including Facilities Management, HR, and local charity and volunteer outreach. Previously, he was Office Manager at Siegel+Gale, a branding agency in Chelsea and Office Manager at Nike Communications, a boutique PR agency in lower Manhattan.
