This workshop is designed to provide participants with an experience of balance coaching.

Balance, in this context, does not refer to a state of perfect equilibrium or to a nicely distributed pie chart of priorities. Rather, it refers to the moment-to-moment adjustments that allow us to step outside limiting (and often familiar) perspectives and search for more resonant ones, ones that align more fully with what we need and value.

Therefore, the workshop addresses three core skills:

  • Identifying and clarifying one's current perspective on an area of life that feels "stuck".
  • Exploring other perspectives and testing for "resonance"
  • Generating actions and ways of being from a resonant perspective, and
  • Creating structures that sustain our commitment to these actions and ways of being
