In this fun and easy class we'll learn a bit about the principles of the Paleo diet (more info here), and then make some delicious, healthy treats that are guaranteed to knock your socks off. You will also be shocked at how quick and easy they are to make!
Students will participate in a hands on demonstration of these gluten- & dairy-free, high protein recipes:
-Chocolate chip cookies to rival any that have come before
-Chi-choc-onut pudding (tapioca fans, your head will explode)
-Maybe a 3rd surprise recipe if time allows!
If we don't eat every scrumptious thing we make (highly possible), there should be enough for you to take some home and delight your roommates/significant other/neighbors with your new treat-making skills. You will also receive original recipes to make again and again.
Sorry to those allergic to nuts, or chocolate haters (if you exist), this class is not for you. If you have other allergies, holler before you sign up.
